Emphasizing that the world is getting smaller and that young people can travel from country to country with transportation opportunities, young people in Turkey cannot even go out of the city, Tanık said that they are ready to introduce young people to Europe.
Stating that developed countries follow the world well and use technology and science effectively to achieve their goals, Esat Tanık gave the good news that they will send young people from Çeşme to European countries to see the developments and cultural differences in foreign countries and improve their foreign languages.

Stating that successful high school students in Çeşme will always be with them, Tanık said, “Unfortunately, since these young people have never traveled abroad, they remain unfamiliar with the languages and cultures of other countries. In order to prevent this, we will send our successful high school students abroad in 7-day programs during the summer months. While there, they will mutually interact with each other and improve their languages through foreign language practice. "We have to do this to change our young people's vision and perspective on the world," he said.
Stating that they will provide scholarships to successful high school students and employment opportunities to university students, Esat Tanık emphasized that they will employ young people who successfully graduate from university within the district without leaving their families or leaving Çeşme.
FROM OPERA TO WORKSHOP
Explaining that they have projects ready on issues such as libraries, computers and software that will lead young people to success, Tanık said, "We are planning to build a cultural center in our fountain, which will have an opera stage, painting, art, exhibition and workshop areas and a library equipped with all kinds of technological equipment."
Esat Tanık added that Çeşme District Public Library could be reorganized as a digital library and said, "We will overhaul this building and create it as a study area with at least 40 computers, where our young people can do their research on the internet with peace of mind and prepare their homework and presentations."
IT WILL FOCUS ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Stating that they will start training on 'artificial intelligence', which is the profession of the future and where specialization has already begun, in the 2-storey building that will become a completely digital library, People's Alliance Çeşme Mayor Candidate Esat Tanık continued his speech as follows: “We will carry out this project together with our Ministry of Culture and Tourism. When we move the books in this library, which currently has approximately 14 thousand books, to the cultural center to be built, a lot of space will be created. We will equip this area with technology and turn it into a base where not only artificial intelligence but also coding training will be given. "Perhaps the artificial intelligence experts who will lead the world in the future will come from the young people raised in Çeşme."
