Anadolu Isuzu Expands its 'Service Clinic' Service

Anadolu Isuzu is accelerating its work on the "Service Clinic" project it has implemented to increase after-sales service quality.

This application, which brings together Anadolu Isuzu officials with different Isuzu user groups such as municipalities, fleets and cooperatives, covers Anadolu Isuzu customers abroad as well as in the country. Anadolu Isuzu team, which held its last meeting last year in Şanlıurfa in December, held the first "Service Clinic" meeting of 2024 in Lithuania in the first week of February.

Many vehicles were checked in different locations by Anadolu Isuzu's expert engineers and teams. “Service Clinic” meetings will continue to serve Isuzu users throughout the year at many points at home and abroad.

While it is aimed to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level with the Service Clinic service, which is a candidate to be one of the most comprehensive applications of 2024, it is also aimed to receive the demands, needs and expectations of Anadolu Isuzu users directly, without intermediaries. In addition, within the scope of the Service Clinic service, Anadolu Isuzu technical team will perform general checks on customers' vehicles and provide immediate solutions to possible malfunctions.

Anadolu Isuzu After-Sales Services Director Özkan Eriş underlined that their connections with customers do not end with sales and that the brand's traditional quality service approach continues under all circumstances and said;

“As Anadolu Isuzu, Turkey's commercial vehicle brand, our first priority is to always stand by our customers. It is one of the important steps taken to increase our service quality with the Service Clinic service that we have commissioned to further advance the point we have reached in our after-sales services. “With our first pilot application, we will bring this service to many provinces in 2024.”
