In this system, issued and inspected by the IREC Foundation, an international independent organization, a certificate is created for every 1 MWh of electricity produced in renewable energy facilities (solar, wind, hydroelectric, geothermal and biomass). Authorized energy companies also support their customers who request this certificate to meet their electrical energy from renewable energy sources.
