In order to increase efficiency in production and obtain quality herds by ensuring blood transfusion in small cattle production, 5 Balıkesir Lamb Breeding Production Centers have been established in the city since the day Mayor Yücel Yılmaz took office, and the breeders produced there are brought together with the producers.
BALIKESİR METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY PERFORMED THE MOST PASTURE RECOVERY
The Metropolitan Municipality, which works determinedly to bring Balıkesir to the top in sheep farming, is the municipality that has improved the most pastures in Turkey, exceeding 10 thousand decares in pasture improvement. Delivering 81 breeding rams to the producers with a ceremony in Kepsut district, the Metropolitan Municipality is holding a breeding sheep distribution ceremony in the district for the sixth time since Mayor Yücel Yılmaz took office. With the previous breeding animal distributions, the Metropolitan Municipality brought a total of 762 breeding animals to producers in Kepsut.
