Gaffar Okkan Park Opened in Muratpaşa

Ali Gaffar Okkan, whose name will live on in the park in Muratpaşa's Kızıltoprak District, was born on February 24, 1952 in Sakarya Hendek. He graduated from the Police Academy. After serving as deputy commissioner and commissioner, he served as provincial police chief in Şanlıurfa, Eskişehir and Kars. In 1997, he was appointed to Diyarbakır. It strengthened the bond between the people and the police forces in Diyarbakır.
