In his post on his social media account, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı gave information about the agricultural support payments made last year.
Minister Yumaklı stated that they transferred 2023 billion lira agricultural support payment to the accounts of producers in 63,4 and said, “Our support to our farmers who water the seeds they plant in the soil with sweat, harvest with labor, and add strength to our agricultural production will continue increasingly this year. “We stand by our producers at all times and under all circumstances.” he said.
As you may remember, last year, the ministry made a support payment of 42,9 billion lira to plant production, 14,9 billion lira to animal production, 4,9 billion lira to rural development, 266 million lira to aquaculture and 430 million lira to agricultural R&D.
