Continuing their uninterrupted search and scanning activities in the Claw-Lock Operation region in the north of Iraq, the Turkish soldiers continue to enter the terrorists' lairs one by one.
During the last search-scanning activity carried out in the region, a shelter and a cave were detected in the same area. In detailed searches carried out in the shelter;
– 16 AK-47 infantry rifles,
– 3 AK-74 infantry rifles,
– 23 hand grenades,
– 6 pieces of RPG-7 ammunition,
– 250 pieces of 5.45 mm AK-74 infantry rifle ammunition,
– 13 AK-47 infantry rifle magazines,
– 3 Dragunov sniper rifle magazines,
– 11 RPG-7 propellant cartridges were seized.
During the search in the cave, which was determined to have many rooms and two entrances;
– 1 5 kW generator,
– 1 hilti,
– 1 drill,
– 2 power supplies and many various living materials were seized.
