Kawasaki racer Courtney Duncan from New Zealand became the World Women's Motocross Champion in MXGP, the most important race in the history of world motocross.

The first champion in MXGP Turkey, where the best of the world compete, has been determined. Courtney Duncan won the championship in MXWOMEN Turkey, the last race of the World Women's Motocross Championship.

Duncan is a fourth time champion

Courtney Duncan of New Zealand from Kawasaki became the fourth-time World Women's Motocross Champion. After Duncan, who was the champion with 270 points, Spanish Daniela Guillen from GASGAS came in second with 250 points. Dutch Van Drunen from Kawasaki finished third with 230 points.

Lynn Valk of the Netherlands from Fantic finished first in today's second race. New Zealander Courtney Duncan from Kawasaki took the second place and declared her championship. Thus, Duncan finished as world champion for the fourth time. Denmark's Sara Andersen from KTM took the third place in the second race.

Courtney Duncan won the first race of the Turkey stage, the last leg of the World Women's Motocross Championship (MXWOMEN), yesterday. Germany's Larissa Papenmeier from Yamaha took the second place in the race, and the third place was taken by Spaniard Daniela Guillen from GASGAS.

Kawasaki in Teams

Kawasaki took the championship with 292 points, GASGAS took the second place with 250 points and Yamaha took the third place with 217 points.
