Osmaneli Mayor Münür Şahin gave information about the ongoing Osmaneli-Yenişehir-Bursa-Bandırma-Balıkesir High Speed Train (YHT) line works in Osmaneli district. Şahin stated that a large part of the 3-meter tunnel that passes under the district has been completed and that the last 580-meter section will be completed by the end of the year.
President Şahin, together with Dağcan AŞ General Manager Murat Polat, examined the ongoing work at the last point of the tunnel. Şahin stated that the remaining part of the tunnel is between the Old Water Tank and Çobandere Mosque. He emphasized that with the completion of the YHT line in 2025, Osmaneli district will gain an important value with the YHT station. He stated that with the completion of the High Speed Train line, Osmaneli's transportation network will greatly improve and the region will gain a great momentum in terms of economy and tourism.
