Ali Yerlikaya (born 11 October 1968, Konya) is a Turkish bureaucrat. He has been serving as the Governor of Istanbul since 27 October 2018. He previously served as the Governor of Gaziantep between 2015-18.

He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1989. In 1990, he started his career as a District Governor candidate for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He served as a Member of the Board of Felahiye, Erzin, Derabucak, Hilvan and Sarıkaya District Governorates, Legal Counselor of the Ministry of Interior, General Directorate of Personnel of the Ministry of Health, Turkish Heavy Industry and Service Sector Public Employers' Union (TÜHİS). He was appointed as the governor of Şırnak on 30 November 2007 and Ağrı on 13 May 2010. He was appointed as the governor of Tekirdağ with the governors' decree published in the Official Gazette dated 3 August 2012. He was appointed as the governor of Gaziantep with the governors' decree published in the Official Gazette dated February 19, 2015. He was appointed as the governor of Istanbul on October 27, 2018.

He was appointed as the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor by proxy on May 2019, 7, due to the cancellation of the Istanbul elections as a result of the Supreme Election Board's evaluation of the objections to the 2019 local elections in Turkey.

He was appointed as the Minister of Internal Affairs on 3 June 2023.
