While the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change continues its temporary and permanent housing works in disaster areas, on the other hand, it continues its draws for "My First Work Place" and "My First Home Land", the largest social housing projects in the history of the Republic. The third stage draw of the “My First Work Place” project will be held between 7 and 28 April. In this context, on April 7, draws will be drawn for a total of 5 beneficiaries in 1.621 provinces and districts. Between 10 and 28 April, the draws will be drawn in the presence of a notary public for 6 beneficiaries in 55 provinces, including some disaster cities affected by the 39 February earthquake.
The drawings continue within the scope of the projects "My First Work Place" and "My First Home Land", the biggest social housing move in the history of the republic, implemented by the Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
In the project "My First Home, My First Place of Work" announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on September 13, 2022 and the first draws started with the provinces of Ardahan and Şırnak on November 7, 2022, the drawing of lots held in the presence of a notary public was suspended due to the Kahramanmaraş earthquakes, and the process together with Ankara as of 6 March. it had started again. A new phase has started in the lottery process, which is carried out simultaneously with the construction of disaster houses in 11 provinces. While the third stage of the "My First Work Place" project was announced on April 7-28, the lots under the scope of "My First Home Land" will be drawn between April 10-28 for a total of 39 beneficiaries.
