China to Land on the Moon by 2030

Wu Weiren, chief designer of China's lunar exploration program, said that by 2030, the Chinese will surely set foot on the Moon.

Wu Weiren, in a statement to the China Media Group (CMG) today, stated that by 2030, the Chinese will definitely set foot on the Moon and there will be no problem in this regard.

Pointing out that the Chang'e-7 reconnaissance vehicle will create an international lunar research station with the Chang'e-8 reconnaissance vehicle in the future, Wu said that the construction of the station is planned to be completed before 2030.

Wu stated that the Chang'e-8 reconnaissance vehicle was launched around 2028, aiming to explore the resources on the Moon and conduct an experiment to reuse the resources.
