Within the scope of the 1-year program, it is aimed that 30 districts will sign the Agreement of Mayors against the climate crisis and prepare SECAP.

Carbon footprint will be reduced

The social climate alliance will be strengthened within the scope of the work carried out under the coordination of İZENERJİ and aiming to be the first city to have SECAP reports with 30 district municipalities. Again, SECAP synergy will be created between each district municipality and the Metropolitan Municipality. Consistency between basic reporting and climate actions will be ensured between İzmir and its districts, and it will be possible to access internal and external financing and funding supports of the municipality more easily.
