Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç announced that free transportation was provided to 3 thousand 236 citizens by rail system vehicles for 162 days during the Ramadan Feast.
The residents of Kayseri used the tram vehicles free of charge during the holiday with the special service of the Metropolitan Municipality, so that they could easily meet with their loved ones during the Eid al-Fitr.
While the exemplary application was appreciated by the people of Kayseri, the passengers, who were able to use the trams for free, lived the holiday to the fullest with their loved ones.

Expressing that citizens benefit from tram vehicles free of charge on April 21, 22 and 23, which coincide with the Eid al-Fitr, Mayor Büyükkılıç said, “During the feast, our fellow citizens were able to benefit from tram services free of charge. We have provided this service by transporting a total of 3 thousand 169 citizens, 270 thousand 66 full cards and 892 thousand 236 discount cards, with our rail system vehicles for 162 days, free of charge. I would like to thank each and every one of our brothers and sisters for their hard work.”
The people of Kayseri thanked and prayed to Mayor Büyükkılıç for the free application of the Metropolitan Municipality in tram vehicles during the Ramadan Feast.
