No deficiencies or violations of the legislation could be detected regarding the auction and purchasing processes, which were transparent from the very beginning. After 2 years, the Chief Inspector of Civil Service, Arif Yıldırım, who was assigned to the İBB, renewed the request. As a result of the documents and preliminary examination that he could easily obtain from the Istanbul Governor's Office, he made the same request while still in the archives.

The painting of Fatih Sultan Mehmet, which is under the ownership of IMM and still under special protection, will soon meet with Istanbulites again in a place worthy of the name of Sultan Fatih.
