Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality has prepared an unforgettable New Year's program for students who receive education aid from the municipality and young people staying in IMM dormitories. The program to be held at Kadir Topbaş Performance and Art Center on the evening of 29 December will start with a DJ performance.
