Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality started the construction of the district bus station in Silvan.

The Metropolitan Municipality is building a district bus station in Silvan in order to provide better service to the citizens of public transportation vehicles and to reduce the traffic density.

In the project prepared by the Department of Science Affairs, there will be 9 public transport platforms, 4 toll booths and a storage area for 100 vehicles at the district bus station.

The bus station, which will be built on an area of ​​12 square meters, will include a 500 square meter indoor area, 350 ticket sales points, a waiting room, male-female-disabled WC, prayer room, baby care room, technical room, supervisor room, cafeteria, commercial area and water tank.

For the safety of the district bus station, which will be built on the Diyarbakır - Batman highway, the garden walls will be 1,20 meters long and fence panels will be applied over the length of the wall.
