Celebrating the New Year for its passengers around the world at check-in counters, international lounges and on board, Emirates will ensure that 1,4 million passengers traveling in December will fully experience the spirit of Christmas.

Christmas celebrations have begun at Emirates Lounges in Dubai. Passengers traveling to meet family and friends during the holiday season can treat themselves to a feast with New Year's meals before their flight in the lounges. Hot and crispy mince pies with cream decorations, traditional Christmas cake, spicy wet cat tongue cakes, and Christmas ganache with whipped Dulce cream, roasted chestnuts and biscuit cakes accompanied by sable with marbles and lemon are served in the Business Class lounges. In the First Class lounges, there will be winter favorite delicacies such as profiteroles with gingerbread, dark chocolate salted caramel tarts and cinnamon-orange baba dessert. Those who dream of a white Christmas can enjoy gingerbread ice cream and Perrier's special winter flavored white cosmo drink. Those looking for a warm and cozy atmosphere can taste the aromatic flavor of cinnamon cortado, toffee nut latte with oat milk, mocha with ginger biscuits, or relax with the New Year's special Dilmah- Charming magic or Christmas Holly Jolly tea blends. Emirates lounges around the world offer New Year's treats with an emphasis on region-specific favourites.
“An unforgettable December experience on Emirates flights”
During December, Christmas special meals and snacks are available in all cabin classes on flights to selected destinations, while the cabins are equipped with green and red Christmas lights. First and Business Class passengers can enjoy all the classic Christmas dishes, from king prawns marinated with lemon and herbs served with fennel salad and marie rose dressing, to pickled salmon gravlax accompanied by mustard crème fraiche, also available in Premium Economy Class. All three cabin classes serve a full Christmas main course with all its trimmings: roast turkey with chestnut compote with cranberry compote, pumpkin with honey and thyme, crispy brussels sprouts with scallops and turkey bacon. A variety of delicious desserts: Christmas pudding with English cream, Christmas gingerbread with dark chocolate ganache coating or chocolate mousse cake with currants in the shape of Santa Claus. Economy Class passengers, on the other hand, can enjoy a mouth-watering Christmas dinner consisting of roast turkey stuffed with chestnuts, a side dish of Parisian potatoes, parsnip, carrots and peas, followed by a magnificent gingerbread cake with cream cheese frosting and cinnamon gravy.
Specially decorated with flowers for Christmas, the A380 onboard lounge serves aromatic spiced mulled wine, mince pies, Italian Christmas cake, gingerbread ice cream and Christmas-themed pastries for passengers traveling from Dubai.
From 24-26 December, Emirates cabin crew will present tiny gifts to all passengers on board, including profiteroles with cinnamon cream, chocolate truffles and gingerbread cookies in the shape of a Christmas tree and snowman.
