The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has announced one by one the wrongs that are wrongly expressed and known to be true in the public about the “My First Home, My Land, My First Workplace” project.

In the statement made on the official Twitter account of the Ministry, important information about the "My First Home, My Land, My First Workplace" project "15 Right 15 Wrong" shared under the title. The statement included the following:

1) The applicant for a house cannot apply for the land. WRONG
ACTUALLY The applicant can also apply to the land and workplace.

2) Land installments will also increase according to the salary increase of civil servants. WRONG

ACTUALLY  Land installments will be fixed and interest-free.

3) Payments on the plot will begin immediately after the drawing of lots. WRONG

ACTUALLY After drawing the right ownership lot, the lot will be determined to determine the land. After the contract is signed with the bank, the installments will start to be paid 1 year after the down payment is made.

4) There is no monthly income condition in the land application. WRONG

ACTUALLY In the Ilk Evim Land project, the monthly income status is required to be below 16.000 TL. The income requirement for Istanbul is 18.000 TL.

5) There will be a quota for land applications. WRONG

ACTUALLY No special quota has been allocated.

6) Spouses from the same household can apply for land and workplace. WRONG

ACTUALLY Spouses from the same household, with the exception of young people (over 18 years of age), cannot apply, and if they do, all applications will be deemed invalid.

7) He can apply to the land that has a house. WRONG

ACTUALLY Persons to whom land will be allocated should not own a land suitable for building a house within the boundaries of any municipality, or a land share corresponding to a separate flat of a house or apartment in any place. Those who have a business can apply to the land.

8) Those who have a shared residence, land or field cannot apply. WRONG

ACTUALLY Those who have a shared residence, land, or field can apply for a land. It is essential that the apartment does not have a land share corresponding to a separate apartment.

9) The beneficiaries of the land lot can start to build their houses at any time after the allocation of the land.  WRONG

ACTUALLY On detached plots; It is obligatory to start the housing construction within the first year from the date of land allocation and to complete the core part in the second year. Applicants for common land must start building their houses within one year at the latest from the date of the title deed and complete the ground floor floor level for all blocks within 2 years at the latest, according to the predetermined plan.

10) There is no sanction for not building a house on the land within 2 years. YUNDERSTANDING

ACTUALLY The lands allocated to those who do not comply with the conditions related to the construction construction period, if there is a price paid, the remaining amount is refunded and the allocation is taken back, if there is a price paid.

11) There will be no TOKİ support while the landlord builds a house. WRONG

TOKİ will provide project, architectural and engineering support to those who buy common land, and TOKİ will provide construction support to those who request building construction by obtaining a majority.

12) The person who is entitled to buy the land can sell the land immediately. WRONG

ACTUALLY Mortgaged and annotated title deed registrations will be provided to the beneficiaries to whom the land has been allocated, following the bank contract, and when the infrastructure works are completed, the construction period will begin. According to the law, if the construction starts in the first year and completes the construction within 1 years and the debt is paid, there will be no obstacle to the sale after the mortgage and annotation are cancelled.

13) An application can be made for a workplace project only in the province where the population is registered. YUNDERSTANDING

ACTUALLY In the job application, it is necessary to be registered with the population of the province where the project is located or to be operating at the border of that province.

14) Anyone can apply for my first workplace project. WRONG

ACTUALLY In order to apply for my first workplace project, Mastership Certificate, Business Opening Certificate, Relevant Chamber Registration Certificate or Tax Plate indicating that e-Commerce has been made. It is required to show any of the documents.

15) The applicant for the house and land cannot apply for the workplace. WRONG
