The Union of Turkish Bar Associations Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff (AAÜT) for the year 2022-2023 came into effect after being published in the Official Gazette. In the tariff; new fees to be paid to lawyers for litigation, work and transactions to be carried out. President of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations Erinç Sağkan thanked Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdağ on his social media account.

According to the tariff; Attorney fees of 33 thousand 300 liras for works without a hearing in international jurisdictions and 57 thousand 600 liras for works with hearings will be paid.

Attorney's fees will be 2 TL for the works in the criminal investigation phase, 800 TL for the cases in the civil courts of peace, 5 thousand TL for the cases followed in the peace and execution judgeships, 500 TL for the cases in the courts of first instance, and 4 TL for the cases in the high criminal courts. .

A lawyer's fee of 17 thousand 800 liras will be paid for the first degree cases heard at the Court of Cassation, and 8 thousand 400 liras will be paid for the hearing of the cases heard through appeal in the Court of Cassation, the Council of State and the Court of Accounts.

200 TL for the first hour of oral counseling in the office, 700 TL for each following hour, 2 TL for the first hour of oral consultation at the place of call, 500 TL for each following hour, all kinds of petitions, notices, warnings and protests. Attorney's fee of 300 TL, 900 thousand 2 TL for the preparation of lease contracts and similar documents, 300 thousand TL for the preparation of documents such as statutes, regulations, inheritance contracts, wills, foundation deed.
