If you constantly eat one type of food, your intestines get used to what you eat and their active work decreases. As such, you cannot digest the food you eat a lot. If you are constantly eating meals such as bread, sweet and pastry-type meals or for practical purposes, such as chicken salad, tuna salad for a long time, you are actually making your intestines lazier. Just as you practice your brain with puzzles and sudoku or similar applications, practice so that your intestines can fulfill their real function, namely digesting what you eat: Eat all the healthy options such as olive oil, legumes, soups, meat dishes, salads, pot dishes, and do not eat one type of diet. Eat a variety of healthy foods to get rid of forgetful bowels.

1- To eat one type of nutrition for a long time, to get used to foods and reduce the work and efficiency of your intestine.

2- Eating simple sugars such as bread, pastries and sweets.

3- Having a late breakfast and then having an early dinner to complete the day.

4- Consuming snacks.

5- Fructose bombardment due to fruits consumed especially at night.

6- As a result of all these, the deterioration of the intestinal flora, that is, the invasion of the microbiota by pathogenic bacteria, accelerates this process.
