It will deliver electricity to users by fighting cold weather conditions and harsh conditions. Distributing electricity to more than 3 million users in its service region, YEDAŞ will be on duty to ensure that people enter the new year full of energy. Despite the extraordinary weather conditions, field and Call Center employees will continue to work in order to deliver electricity to the rural areas with the same quality and continuity as the city center. Businesses, Network Management Center, Consumer Services and Solution Center units created their shift plans to serve as soon as possible. It prepared its additional crew and equipment against adverse situations caused by winter weather conditions. YEDAŞ General Manager Hasan Yasir Bora said that the call center and breakdown teams were ready on New Year's Eve. Hasan Yasir Bora said, “There will be a very intense energy consumption on the New Year's Eve. Teams were formed in the provinces of Samsun, Ordu, Çorum, Amasya and Sinop, which are our area of responsibility. We will successfully emerge from this night of intense energy use.
