Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality is building 4 bridges in Ekinözü, Elbistan and Onikisubat districts. Bridges built with an investment of 2,5 million TL will meet an important need in transportation.

Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality continues to strengthen the transportation infrastructure throughout the city. Bridge and culvert works planned in line with 2021 Transportation Investments are being completed one by one. A short time ago, the bridge in Ambar District of Ekinözü district, which had completed its economic life, was demolished. A new bridge with a length of 14 meters and a width of 7 meters was built in place of the bridge that provides the main entrance to the neighborhood. Tapkırankale Neighborhood, which is among the trout production centers of the Elbistan district, has also taken its place among the addresses that have gained a new bridge. Frequently used for commercial shipments, the bridge has been completely renovated to be 14 meters long and 7 meters wide.

Giant Bridges to Dodecanese

Bridge constructions in the neighborhoods of Onikisubat continue by the teams under the coordination of the Department of Science Affairs. A large bridge with a length of 30 meters and a width of 13 meters is being built in place of the bridge, whose demolition began a while ago, in the Dadaglı District. Another address where work was carried out in the same district was Şahinkayası Mahallesi. The old bridge of the neighborhood, where agricultural production is concentrated, will be replaced by the new double-lane bridge. It is aimed to complete the works on the structure, which will be expanded by two floors and increased to 10 meters in length and 12 meters in width. 2,5 new bridges built in 3 districts with a total investment of approximately 4 million TL will greatly ease transportation between neighborhoods.
