The 7 criterion was evaluated including public transport, polite personnel and compliance with traffic rules, how crowded, clean / hygienic, fast, safe and how it smells. Although the overall picture in the results is not very good, some criteria include relatively better public transport. A summary of the results:

Although they are at the forefront of the most used public transportation vehicles, Istanbul residents are not satisfied with the minibuses.
