In the morning, the personnel who wanted to log in to personelweb.tcdd.gov.tr and portal.tcdd.gov.tr came across a page they had never seen before. The address of the new interface is port.tcdd.gov.tr. The assignment of shortcuts to the TCDD addresses used by the personnel on the TCDD Port Homepage was welcomed. On the upper left side of the page, there are links to KKY (Corporate Resource Management), Belgenet, TCDD E-Mail, Help Desk, Train Information System and TCDD Academy. Staff announcements have been added at the bottom of the left side. One of the most striking features on the left is the Train Information System.
In the Train Information System, while the employees of the institution could not enter with their passwords, it is seen that the Train Information System is opened to all personnel in the new interface. In the middle section, there is a large amount of Personnel news, while the wall application similar to the chat page appears as a newly added section just below. From the first day, many TCDD personnel shared their opinions about the new interface. On the right side of the TCDD Port Homepage, there are links to the Person Directory, Request and Suggestion, Institutional Information, Sharing Module, Tender Entry and Meal List. The survey added to the bottom of the right side stands out as a new application made to get the opinions of TCDD personnel. The title, workplace, e-mail address and contact information of the personnel can be viewed by searching the name and surname of the employees of the institution from the Person Directory section on the right side of the TCDD Port Homepage.
In the Request and Suggestion section, it draws the attention of those who see the works going on. Explanations such as category 1 and category 2 in the window opened in the category name in this section are indications that the studies are not completed.
