It was reported that there was no one killed or injured in the accident that occurred on the bridge, which is also open to vehicle traffic. In the statement made after the accident in which 10 shipping containers were damaged, it was stated that there were no sensitive or radioactive cargo in the containers in terms of public health. The train accident occurred at around 10 am in the state city of Jefferson Parish, according to the reports of security units. It was learned that the train traveled only 6 kilometers after takeoff. During the incident, TV reporter Jabari Thomas, who was at the nearby restaurant called Raising Cane's, captured the fall of the containers with his camera moment by moment. Wagons that are still on the rails will be taken back after the damage is determined by the engineers.
