Some of the 'crazy projects' that stand out from the Marmaray and Eurasia Tube Crossing connecting Europe and Asia to the pipeline that will bring the Ovit Tunnel and the TRNC to the water are as follows:
'KANAL İSTANBUL': The project, which was brought to the agenda by Kanuni Sultan Süleyman for the first time, will be an artificial waterway between the Black Sea and the Marmara Sea in order to relieve the ship traffic in the Bosphorus.
ASRIN PROJECT 'MARMARAY': The idea of a railway tunnel that will pass under the Bosphorus was planned for the first time during the reign of Sultan Abdülmecid.
