DHL Global Forwarding Human Resources Manager İlknur Beyazıt, who has attended the Istanbul University Logistics Summit 'Career Days, told the students who want to give direction to their career and answer the questions about the sector, what they should pay attention in recruitment processes, cv preparation and interview techniques. Beyazıt says that it is absolutely necessary for students to be newly graduated to be well aware of the fact that English is a global language; otherwise, they could move up to a point in the logistics sector. In the logistics sector, where the importance of educated work force has become more prominent, Beyazıt stated that new graduates should not be worried about their previous work experience and added that today's modern logistics concept is developing rapidly in companies with the increase in the quality of education towards logistics.
Beyazit also announced that 50 trainees were taken as DHL Global Forwarding throughout the year, and said that the internship is very important for seeing the subjects learned in the lessons in practice and adapting to the working life. He said that the internships are very effective in directing their future careers.
