To be employed in the Turkish Accreditation Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based on the Annex 375 of the Decree Law No.6, published in the Official Gazette dated 31/12/2008 and numbered 27097, "Contracted IT Personnel Employment in the Large-Scale Information Processing Units of Public Institutions and Organizations According to the 8th article of “Regulation on Principles and Procedures”, 1 (one) contracted informatics personnel will be recruited according to the order of success that will occur as a result of the oral / practical exam.

Seventy percent (3%) of the KPSSP70 score obtained in the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) held in the last two years and the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS / e-YDS) in English in the last five years or equivalent to YDS by the Council of Higher Education According to the ranking to be made based on the sum of thirty percent (30%) of the equivalent of the score obtained in the exams in YDS, starting from the highest score, the candidate up to 10 times the contracted IT staff position will be held at 30:06 on 2021/10/30. will be called for practical exam.
Candidates who do not have KPSSP3 score or who do not submit the result document will be evaluated as 3 (seventy), and foreign language score of applicants who do not submit foreign language score or result document will be evaluated as 70 (zero). Contracted IT personnel will be employed in order of success as a result of oral / practical examination.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
a) To have the general conditions stated in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To be graduated from the four-year computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical and electronic engineering and industrial engineering departments of the faculties or higher education institutions abroad whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council,
c) Engineering departments of faculties providing four-year education other than those specified in subparagraph (b), departments of science-literature, education and educational sciences faculties providing education on computer and technology, statistics, mathematics and physics departments or dormitories whose equivalence has been accepted by the Council of Higher Education Having graduated from other higher education institutions
d) Having at least 6 (six) years of professional experience in software, software design and development and the management of this process, or in the installation and management of large-scale network systems, (In determining professional experience; Subparagraph (B) of Article 657 and the contractual status services subject to the Decree No. 4 and the service periods documented as an informatics personnel in the private sector by paying premiums to social security institutions in the private sector are taken into consideration)
e) To document that he / she knows at least two of the current programming languages, provided that he / she has knowledge about the hardware of the computer peripherals and the security of the established network management,
f) For male candidates, it is compulsory to have completed active military service, postponed or exempted from active military service or transferred to the reserve class.
FORM OF APPLICATION, PLACE AND DATE
Exam applications will start on Monday, 31/05/2021 and end at 14:06 on Monday, 2021/18/00. Applications will be made electronically on our institution's website at turkak.org.tr. The information required for the application and the document samples to be transmitted electronically are listed in Article 3.
Applications that do not meet the conditions stated in the advertisement and applications made by mail, e-mail or in person will not be accepted.
