The decision to make support payments to farmers who are registered in the Farmer Registration System, produce barley and wheat, sell their products to the General Directorate of Turkish Grain Board and certify their sales with a purchase and sale document has been published in the Official Gazette. The Decision on the Amendment of the Decision Regarding the Purchase Premium Support of the Soil Products Office dated 20 July 2022 was published in the Official Gazette dated 25 November 2022.
With the published decision; Despite the fact that wheat and barley products were sold to the General Directorate of Turkish Grain Board within the periods specified in the Decision on the Soil Products Office Purchase Premium Support, which was put into effect with the President's decision dated July 20, 2022, the continuation of the agricultural production process, pandemic conditions, etc. In order to eliminate the grievances of the farmers who could not come to the provincial/district directorates from the villages/neighborhoods and deliver documents due to various reasons, the deadline for application was changed to 16 December 2022 and the application period of the farmers to the provincial/district directorates was extended.
In addition, Mengen and Yeniçağa districts of Bolu province and Çerkeş, Ilgaz and Kurşunlu districts of Çankırı province have been added to the list of districts in the annex of the aforementioned decision, where trading documents will be accepted until September 21, 2022.
Our farmers, who could not apply to the provincial/district directorates with their application documents until September 30, 2022, although they have sold them to the General Directorate of Turkish Grain Board, are required to submit their purchase and sale documents to our provincial/district directorates until December 16, 2022.
