Noting that the road will be opened within 10 days and the Black Sea-Mediterranean road will become active again, Mayor Güler said:

“We came to examine the section that collapsed due to landslide during the major flood on this road, which we opened to transportation by opening 14 tunnels during my ministry. With very rapid work, the road is now at the completion stage. This will be completed and put into service in approximately 10 days. Thus, the Mediterranean-Black Sea route will restart service. We had asphalted a 10 km section of the connection road here. From there the transport continued, the movement continued. Now with this part the connection will be finished. It will be back to the good old days. Our Ministry will start to operate again on the road where we opened 14 tunnels. “I congratulate our colleagues and thank those who contributed.”

“THIS ROAD IS A MUST FOR MESUDIYE AND CENTRAL ANATOLIA”

Mesudiye Pınarlı District Headman Hakan Başaran said, “First of all, we would like to thank our Minister for gifting us this road in the first place. Of course, these are natural disasters, they will happen. But we would like to thank our Minister, our Highways, and everyone who contributed for working devotedly on this road and reopening transportation. This road is indispensable for Mesudiye and Central Anatolia, I hope we will not experience such a natural disaster from now on. We understood once again how important this path is for us. “We would like to thank the Minister very much for his efforts here.”

“THE ROAD, WHICH WE CALL A DREAM, WHICH WAS SAID CANNOT BE BUILT UNDER THESE DIFFICULT CONDITIONS, WAS BUILT THANKS TO OUR MINISTER”

Mesudiye Darıcabaşı Mukhtar Sinan Biçer said, “First of all, I would like to thank our Minister very much. He came and re-examined the work done here. The path, which we already called a dream during our Minister's ministry period and which was said to be impossible to do under these difficult conditions, was done thanks to our Minister. We know very well how difficult it was to do this. I started here myself and continued until the end. It was a really difficult project. Now, our Mediterranean-Black Sea road, which connects Central Anatolia from Sivas to the Black Sea, collapsed due to a disaster. "Right now, first of all, we would like to thank the Minister and the Highways Department for ensuring that this place is built as soon as possible."

“OUR DEAR MINISTER GAVE THE ORDU MESUDIYE CREW ROAD TO US”

Mesudiye Akpınar Neighborhood Headman İzzet Kara said, “We would like to thank our Minister very much for visiting our region. May God bless our minister. During his ministry period, he gave us the Ordu Mesudiye stream road as a gift. God bless you. They put a lot of effort into making it. Our local people also know this. Thanks to our Minister, we can now reach our country in half an hour, although it used to take 3 hours in summer and 4 hours in winter. There was a disaster and he passed away. He comes and examines it personally. He was always following. “We thank you very much for everything.”
