The Metropolitan Municipality helps citizens by setting up stands at busy stations, informing and helping citizens how to match the HES Code-Antalyacard. As part of the fight against the Covid-19 outbreak, the HES Code application was initiated in public transportation in accordance with the circular issued by the Ministry of Interior and the decision of the Antalya Governorship Provincial Sanitation Board in order to prevent citizens who need to be in quarantine from using public transportation vehicles. The Metropolitan Municipality extended the time for matching the HEPP code with Antalyakart until Friday, January 22.
STANDS ESTABLISHED AT THE STOPS
Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Planning and Rail System Department teams set up stands at busy bus stops at different points of the city and warns citizens to match HES Code - Antalyacard and not to suffer victimization. Staff at the stands inform and assist citizens about how to match the HES Code - Antalyacard.
WITHOUT HES CODE CANNOT TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Citizens who do not define the HES code during their boarding on public transportation vehicles (bus, minibus, Antray and nostalgia tram) will not be able to benefit from the public transportation service and those who do not have a balance will not be able to use other cards.
