Turkish Airlines (THY) AO provided information about aircraft orders within the framework of the 2023-2033 strategic plan.
In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was reminded that the partnership has been negotiating with aircraft and engine manufacturers for a while in line with the growth targets set forth within the framework of its strategic plan covering the years 2023-2033.
In this context, it was stated that discussions were held with Airbus regarding the purchase of a total of 2026 aircraft, 2036 of which are firm and 240 of which are options, to be delivered between 115 and 355, and it was announced that after the approval of the board of directors regarding the purchase is received, the necessary notifications will be shared with the public.
