We do not make this tower as a symbol for Istanbul, to show the visitors an exquisite view. We are building this tower in order to eliminate the visual pollution caused by the TV and radio transmitters originating from the antennas in Istanbul and to see this work with a single antenna and a single tower instead. ”
Explaining that they want to install other functions during the making of such a masterpiece, Arslan explained that one of them is the viewing terraces on the 33rd and 34th floors, which are 366,5 meters and 371 meters above sea level.
Indicating that the guests coming from here can watch Istanbul, Arslan said that there will be restaurants on the 39th and 40th floors, which will be 393,5 meters and 398 meters above sea level.

Minister Arslan said that the tower would be composed of 49 floors, 4 floor would be under the ground and the rest would be at the top.
“In the 12-meter steel construction consisting of 144,5 pieces, we finished 144,5 meters by taking each piece into the concrete block and adding it on top of each other. After adding the 23,5 meter spine on it, we pull it up. Those who saw it for a long time after the concrete block was finished, were perceived as if there was no work done here, but it should be known that the steel construction on it was manufactured by adding exactly 200 thousand tons inside.
The upper part of the 221-meter concrete block and the 31-meter part have been taken out. Which will be 31 meters long with this 144,5 meters 23 meters steel construction plus 167 meters spine. While carrying out these pulling operations, constructions that can be visited on the one in 24 meters, which we call cheers, are made. Each of these can be boiled by two people, and if you want, you cannot stack too many people there. ”

As in other constructions, we will start from above and finish downward instead of bottom up. We will have two panoramic elevators on both sides. With these lifts, we will be able to take our guests to both the cruise and restaurant floors.
Our expectation from here is to bring 4.5 million Istanbul residents or our guests coming to Istanbul to this tower and show Istanbul to them. We will not only gather the transmitters in a single tower, we will eliminate the visual pollution, we will provide a much higher quality publishing service, and we will add value to the silhouette of Istanbul by hosting our guests coming to Istanbul here. ”

According to the information given in the meeting, FM / Radios will be moved to the first stage when the tower is completed and the television will be moved after switching to digital broadcasting. The tower aims to eliminate electromagnetic pollution by combining frequencies.
