1- Tentative guarantee of the tender is 3% of the Estimated Value of the real estate to be rented. The temporary guarantee will be deposited in cash to the escrow account numbered TR82 0001 0001 4726 1752 2650 05 at the General Secretariat of Kars Special Provincial Administration, TC Ziraat Bankası Kars Branch, as stated in the announcement.
2- Bidders, tourism etc. They are obliged to submit the documents they have received from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the Provincial Directorates of Culture and Tourism or the relevant professional chambers, indicating that they can carry out purposeful activities, as an appendix to their proposals.
3- To have operated a ski resort for at least 3 (three) years.
4- The place where the specification will be seen and obtained is Kars Special Provincial Administration Directorate of Operations and Subsidiaries.
5- Bidders must submit the following documents in order to participate in the tender.
b) Legal Residence Certificate in Turkey,
c) Certified signature statement,
d) Notarized power of attorney issued during the year of those who will participate by proxy,
e) Bid guarantee receipt or bank guarantee letter issued after 17.10.2022 on behalf of the business
f) If he is a taxpayer;
f1) The tax office to which it is affiliated
f2) Tax registration number
f3) Document showing that there is no tax debt.

For Legal Persons (Cooperative, foundation, association, company, etc.)
a) A document proving that the legal entity is registered in the registry, obtained from the court of the place where the administrative centers are located, or from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in which it is registered, or from a similar authority, in the year of the tender,

c2) Tax registration number
c3) Document showing that there is no tax debt.

e) Bank receipt regarding the temporary guarantee issued on behalf of the business or bank letter of guarantee issued not earlier than 17.10.2022.
f) Approved circular of signatures
The tender shall be submitted to the Presidency of the Commission. 6- Those participating in the tender shall be deemed to have accepted all the conditions in the operating specifications in advance.
7- Postal delays will not be accepted for applications made by mail.
8- The Administration is free to make the tender in accordance with Article 2886 of the State Tender Law No. 29.
9- The application deadline is until 25.10.2022 on Tuesday, 14.00.
