Bozkurt TOKİ Residences Have Ended

Work continues to erase the traces of the flood in Bozkurt, where 11 people lost their lives, 65 people disappeared and dozens of buildings were damaged as a result of the flooding of the Ezine Stream after heavy rains on August 7 last year.

For those who lost their homes due to the flood, 679 houses built in different parts of the district are nearing completion.

Bozkurt District Governor Murat Aıcı said that the work in the district continues at full speed.

Stating that 52 shops and 2 factories were built within the scope of the reconstruction of Bozkurt Small Industrial Site, Aıcı said that after the drawing of lots held in September, eligible tradesmen continued to move to their workplaces.

Emphasizing that Bozkurt had experienced a major event, Aıcı continued as follows: “Work continues at full speed in Bozkurt, where the biggest flood and sediment raid in our country has been experienced in the last 100 years. The construction of 679 houses in the district center has reached its final stage. We have houses that will be finished by the end of November. The rest will be completed in December. All of his coats are finished. We do not build only 679 houses in the region. 40 houses will be built in our villages. One of our village houses is finished, the foundations of 13 village houses have been laid.”

Stating that the lots will be drawn for the houses in December, Aıcı said, “After the completion of the houses, we plan to deliver them to our citizens with natural gas by the end of the year. Our TOKİ residences are structures built to the highest standards. It is suitable for its landscape, architecture and culture of Kastamonu. We think that the architecture of the houses will be exemplary. It is done in a total of five stages. One of our stages is on the Meteorology Hill and has a beautiful view of the sea.” said.

Bozkurtlu Emin Güney, on the other hand, stated that a lot of work was done in the district and said: “We are endlessly satisfied with the service. Bridges are very nice. The district has not received this much service since its establishment. You can see what TOKİ has done. People in need will be settled in a short time. I hope to do better things for our state and our nation. The works done in TOKİ buildings are very nice. Both the view and the quality of the work done are very beautiful with its external appearance.”
