The booklet also includes information about 15 additional projects that were not included in Soyer's election promises, but were implemented during the Mayor Soyer term to respond to the developing needs of Izmir.

Tunç Soyer, emphasizes that they have already won 3 goals for Izmir on this road. Among the Republic castles opened with the aim of increasing prosperity and justice in Izmir are Şaşal Water Factory, Bayındır Milk Factory and İzDönüsüm Facility, which grows the circular economy of the city.

Despite the economic crisis that is increasing day by day in our country, we have implemented 144 of our projects for Izmir, one by one. We promised, we did it. This means 87 percent success. Izmir residents can see all of these transparently in our booklet. We have 7 projects that we promised but could not implement due to increasing costs and obstacles arising from legislation. However, we initiated and completed 15 projects that were not included in our election promises. We have ensured a safe life in Izmir with what we have done. We have initiated infrastructure moves on a scale that has never been done before. We brought an end to the odor problem and pollution in Izmir Bay with the Living Gulf Mobilization. We declared war on drought and poverty in Izmir Agriculture. We protected the abundance of our city, the sweat of our producers, and the hopes of our youth. I didn't do any of this alone. We succeeded together with 4 and a half million people of Izmir. We will continue to work towards our goal of leaving Izmir a stronger, more resilient and more livable future. We are very happy to serve Izmir and make it a more beautiful city. Izmir is us.”
