The "Effect of Posture and Progressive Relaxation Exercises Given to Bus Drivers on Perceived Stress Level" Project, carried out in cooperation with Ankara Metropolitan Municipality EGO General Directorate and Başkent University, has been completed. Within the scope of the project, drivers were given "Stress and Stress Management, Progressive Relaxation and Posture Exercises" training.

APPLIED AND THEORETICAL TRAINING BY EXPERT INSTRUCTORS IN THE FIELD
Within the scope of 2022-2023 Erasmus+ Small-Scale Partnerships in Adult Education, Vocational Education and Training, Small-Scale Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training; Theoretical and practical training was given to the group of drivers with high stress loads, working in the densest traffic areas in Ankara, by expert trainers in their fields.
EGO attended the training organized at the Bus Department (1st, 2nd and 3rd Regional Directorate) to enable bus drivers to cope with the difficulties they may encounter in their professional lives, to manage the difficulties encountered in possible stressful situations more effectively and to increase the satisfaction of citizens in public transportation. 165 drivers participated.
