The rains expected for this weekend in Istanbul started to be effective from the morning hours. It is expected that the temperature will drop (4-6 °C) as the rains expected to continue throughout the day today will turn from southwest to dark winds as of noon. It is expected that the wind will increase in intensity over time, blowing at storm force (50-80 km/h) in the districts in the north and strongly (30-50 km/h) in the districts in the south.
