Within the scope of the Yeşilova-Solaklar Bridge Interchange Project, which was implemented by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and will make the traffic flow on the Kandıra road uninterrupted, the junction arm prefabricated beam installation is being carried out. In addition to the intersection slab concrete manufacturing, culvert slab molding, curtain reinforcement and earthenware panel manufacturing continues. 54 prefabricated beams were mounted on the two intersection arms with the help of a crane. While 60 percent of the Yeşilova-Solaklar Bridge Interchange Project was completed, the project was captured in its original form in aerial shots.
5 BRIDGE ARE BEING CONSTRUCTED
Within the scope of the project, a total of 605 prefabricated prestressed girder bridges will be built, 2 on the D-3 Izmit Kandıra road and 5 for the Northern Side Road to be built next to the TEM Highway. Within the project, 6 box culverts, 13 reinforced earthen walls, 148 meters of retaining walls and 50 meters of reinforced concrete walls will be built. While the bridge piers manufacturing of the Yeşilova 262 bridge is completed, the beam assembly of the prestressed girder bridge will begin.
ZÜBEYDE HANIM STREET ALTERNATIVE ROAD
Approximately 605 kilometers of Bituminous Hot Mix (BSK) hot coating road and drainage manufacturing, pavement and lighting manufacturing will be carried out on East-West Yeşilova, TEM Highway side Northern Side road and D-6,5 İzmit Kandıra road. Within the scope of the project, which will breathe new life into urban transportation when completed, Zübeyde Hanım Street will be extended and turned into an alternative road.
