Afyonkarahisar Municipality continues to bring families together with nature. The “Father-Child Camp” to be held at the Motorsports Center will provide a unique nature excitement special to Father's Day. Activities to be organized with the aim of strengthening the father-child relationship and strengthening social relations and friendships between families will be held on 16-17-18 June.
Social activities organized by our municipality for families continue at full speed. The event, the first of which was held last year with the approval of our Mayor Mehmet Zeybek, is preparing to host fathers and their children for the second time this year. An exciting weekend will be spent at the event, which will be organized with the cooperation of Afyonkarahisar Governorship, Afyonkarahisar Municipality and Anadolu Motor and Nature Sports Club. Registrations for the camp will be taken through the anmot.org website.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAMP
• It is obligatory to fill in the registration form for participation in the camp. Anyone who does not fill out the registration form will not be admitted to the field. There is no registration at the entrance. Daily check-in and check-out will not be possible.
• There are 500 father-child registration quotas. Those who wish can participate with their Caravan. Caravan Registration quota is 40.
• Registrations will be closed on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 23:59.
• Entry to the camp: Friday, June 16, 2023 at 15:00
• The camp will end on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at 17:00.
• Camp gates will be closed on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 24:00. The family who wants to join the camp has to spend the night in their tents or caravans at the campsite.
• The child to attend the camp must be at least 6 years old and at most 14 years old and only 1 child will be accepted to the camp.
• Fathers will be able to register and attend the camp with their children, grandparents with their grandchildren, uncles and nephews.
• Accommodation will be in tents or caravans. You must bring your own camping equipment. (Tent – Mat – Sleeping bag – Searchlight – Extension Electric Cord – Personal Care Supplies etc.)
• We recommend that you bring spare clothes – sunscreen and a hat when there will be water games in the competitions.
• During the camp, Friday – Saturday dinner – Saturday – Sunday Morning Breakfast Afyonkarahisar Mayor Mr. It will be served free of charge to the participants upon the instruction of Mehmet ZEYBEK.
• Those who wish can also obtain food and beverages from the cafe/market in the area for a fee.
