Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) will contribute to the best performance of the match, which tens of thousands of people watch from the stands and more than 225 million viewers in 300 countries live on television, with its 25 institutions consisting of its subsidiaries and affiliates.

The works carried out by IMM in coordination with UEFA, TFF and Istanbul Governorship are progressing in many branches. Ground improvement, road maintenance within the scope of preparation for the encounter; It makes arrangements to improve the comfort of movement of the audience, such as reducing the slope on the disabled and pedestrian ramps as needed. Drainage on the surrounding roads, road lines, parking lot arrangement and the construction of a pedestrian bridge from the parking lot to the stadium are among the works of IMM.

İBB will allocate Yenikapı Event Area, Taksim Square, Sultanahmet Square and Maçka Democracy Park as a promotion, transfer center and festival area for the organization. IMM will also make arrangements for afforestation and landscaping around the stadium, the placement of additional lighting at necessary points, and the provision of temporary lighting and electricity in other areas. A traffic lane will be allocated for IETT buses in Sultanahmet Square on match day. Direction and speed signs in the responsibility area of IMM on Istanbul Airport, TEM, D100 Highway and other newly opened routes will be updated in line with the demands of UEFA and TFF. An announcement will be made in Turkish and English about the final match in the IMM Mobile Traffic application.
With the coordination of the IMM Youth and Sports Directorate, in the multi-faceted works; allocation of advertising spaces free of charge, provision of temporary toilets, water, cranes, etc. in case of need. More responsibilities will be undertaken in many areas such as provision of temporary infrastructure services, coordination of the fans who will come to watch the match from Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
