Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu introduced the trophies that will be given to the teams that will complete the 1-2022 season as champions in Spor Toto Super League and Spor Toto 2023st League in Izmir.
Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu introduced Spor Toto Super League and Spor Toto 1st League championship cups in Izmir.
In the promotional program held at the Alsancak Youth Center in Alsancak Mustafa Denizli Stadium, Minister Kasapoğlu congratulated the 19 May Youth and Sports Day and emphasized that they commemorated Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his comrades with mercy.
Minister Kasapoğlu stated that two Turkish teams VakıfBank and Eczacıbaşı Dynavit played in the finals in the CEV Champions League, the most prestigious organization of women's volleyball at the club level in Europe, and that VakıfBank reached the championship for the 6th time and congratulated both teams.
Expressing that the success of female athletes also makes them happy, Minister Kasapoğlu said:
“As the state, government and ministry, our support for volleyball is unlike any other in the world. We will continue to grow our volleyball just as we support all branches. Turkey has success in more than 50 branches in 2022. This year, with the same momentum, success continues with new records. Just as we crowned these records with firsts and records in 2020 Tokyo, we will keep our nation alive with new records and new firsts in 2024 Paris. I heartily congratulate all our athletes who made us feel proud, the coaches who raised them, and their families.”

Reminding that the football leagues are coming to an end, Kasapoğlu stated that the cups will be open to the visit of sports fans at the Alsancak Youth Center until 26 May.
Congratulating all the teams that add color to the leagues, Minister Kasapoğlu said, “We are together with the two cups of the leagues that are the sponsor of Spor Toto. The champion of the Super League will be announced soon. As the Ministry, we will display our trophies. The trophy will be on display here until May 26. I wish success to the teams that will win the cup and to all our teams that add color to the leagues. Samsunspor became the champion in the 1st League. I congratulate Samsunspor community and fans. Two more teams are fighting for the Super League. I wish them all success.
