Regarding the Cyprus flights that will start from Ordu Giresun Airport, FLY Cyprus senior executives, Ordu Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Mehmet Hilmi Güler visited.
Rauf Denktaş, one of the founding partners of FLY Cyprus Airlines, Nusret Polat, Emre İlikanlı, Mehmet Yücel and their accompanying members, Ordu Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. He visited Mehmet Hilmi Güler in his office and gave information about the flights to the homeland from Ordu-Giresun Airport.
In his statement here, President Güler said that with the flights to be made between the TRNC and Ordu, the culture and tourism of the two countries will open up to each other. President Güler stated that this step will provide great richness and diversity.

Expressing that he is pleased to host the delegation that came to Ordu for the launch of the Ordu-TRNC expeditions, President Güler stated that this step will be the pioneer of good works and said, “Cyprus is very important for us. During our ministry, we have done good works for the young country. In the Black Sea, this study will make a huge difference. We connect both countries. This is a very beautiful geography and you have a nice warm environment. Here, too, there is a lush environment. It doesn't snow much in Cyprus, but you will enjoy the snow here. We will come to your place. It will be a great wealth,” he said.
“WE CREATE A LINK BETWEEN THE ARMY AND TRNC”
One of the founding partners of FLY Cyprus Airlines, Rauf Denktaş, the grandson of the late President of the TRNC, Rauf Denktaş, said that they wanted to introduce Ordu and the baby country with the work to be done, and said, “I hope we are forming a strong bond in our army that will bind the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Hopefully, we aim to introduce Ordu by carrying tourists both from the baby country to our army and to the baby country, and to transport our citizens to Northern Cyprus. We are starting a good work with our agencies," he said.
