Manisa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Manisa TSO) delegation attended the BAU Building and Construction Technologies Fair held in Munich, Germany to examine the developments in the construction sector. Manisa TSO delegation attended the meetings in Germany, followed the sectoral developments and had bilateral contacts.
Germany-Munich Business and Study Trip, organized within the scope of the work of Manisa TSO 2nd Professional Committee, was held between 16-20 April. The priority within the scope of the program was the BAU Munich Fair. While the fair brings together the world's leading names in the field of construction materials, architecture and technology in one center, BAU Munich Fair, which was focused on digital design, smart facades, smart buildings in 2019, will be held in 2023 with "digital transformation", "use of resources and recycling", "climate change". It has been shaped in the themes of “fight against the war” and “sustainable living spaces”.
Among the product groups exhibited at BAU Munich, there are construction technologies, construction machinery, exterior and interior decoration products, insulation, installation, coating, window, door and a wide variety of accessories, and the exhibitors had the opportunity to present their exhibits and innovations on an international scale. In addition, Manisa CCI Assembly Member Çetin Güngör, together with the Manisa CCI delegation, met with TC Munich Consul General Süalp Erdoğan, Munich Commercial Attaché Ali Bayraktar and Munich MUSIAD President Nebi Alp and consulted. During the meetings, Türkiye-Germany trade relations and investment opportunities were discussed.
