Muharrem İnce, Chairman of the Country Party, who was allegedly considering withdrawing from the presidential candidacy, made a statement on the live broadcast. Ince announced that he withdrew his candidacy.
It was claimed that after the meeting with the 11 staff members of the National Party, Muharrem İnce, the President of the Country Party and the presidential candidate, said "Let's think" about the idea of "withdrawal".

Muharrem İnce said: “I have served in politics for over 40 years. What I have seen in these last 45 days, I have not seen in the last 45 years. Fake receipts fake videos. He buys it from an Israeli porn site and puts my picture on it. FETO members do these too.
No police officer, no prosecutor is investigating this. No journalist writes this either. The author writes as if he is serving the FETO members. It says 'private life'. This is private life, not slander. The state of the Republic of Türkiye has not been able to protect my reputation.”
I WITHDRAWAL CANDIDACY
No matter how many fugitive FETO members there are, they are attacking me. I fought them every day. We go to the polls on Sunday. The Country Party is important for Türkiye. We must be in that assembly. Atatürkists should be in that parliament. Turkey's insurance is the country party.
