REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS IN CANDIDATES
a. To have the general and special conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48 and the conditions specified in the Council of Ministers Decision on Principles Regarding Employing Contracted Personnel.
b. To carry the education requirement for the announced titles as of the graduated school and to have entered KPSS in relation to this education.
c. To have received the specified minimum KPSS grade from the grade types of the year in line with the title of the position to be recruited.
c. Having completed the age of 18 (those born on 29 May 2005 and before) according to the uncorrected civil registry as of the application deadline, not being below the age of 01 as of 2023 January 36 (who were born on 01 January 1988 and later can apply).
D. For those who have previously worked as contracted personnel, at least one year has passed since the date of application for the termination of the contract (See, Principles on Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision No. 7/15754, Additional Article-1).
to. In terms of military service for male candidates; not to be involved in military service, not to be of military age, to have done active military service if he has reached the age of military service, or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class, or to be exempted.
