Chery, which provides sales and after-sales services at 19 dealers in 26 provinces of Turkey, reaches more than 80 percent availability of spare parts in a short time, and solves the needs of its customers in the fastest way possible with special air cargo 4 times a month for hard-to-find emergency parts. With a 5-year or 150.000-kilometer warranty, Chery Turkey continues to be in constant communication with its customers after sales, by hosting the vehicles it sells at its authorized service centers at 5.000 km, and by performing a general check-up without replacing parts, within the scope of sustainable customer satisfaction. In addition, Chery, which offers 7/24 free road assistance with Tur Assist company, continues its after-sales services with maintenance intervals of 15.000 km/1 year.
