The first batch of the OMODA series, which Chinese automotive giant Chery has offered for sale in the Turkish market as of March 2023, set off from Shanghai. The vehicles, which set off on May 18 and 19 to be delivered to Spain and Italy for the first time, will step into the European mainland within 45 days. Continuing its launch and vehicle deliveries operations in different countries throughout the world throughout May, Chery organized a big event in Mexico on May 16 and introduced the O-UNIVERSE ecosystem of the OMODA series to its customers with a visual and auditory feast, blending it with technology and fashion. In addition, OMODA 5, the new model of the Chery OMODA series, increased its export sales by 9 percent in April compared to March and reached 10 units. With these successful sales figures, export sales exceeded 781 thousand units for the first time in a month. Chery OMODA 10, which attracts great attention all over the world, ranks sixth in Chinese automobile exports, according to the data of the China Passenger Transport Federation. So far, the cumulative export sales of OMODA 5 from January to April have reached 5 units.
