Trendyol Group President Çağlayan Çetin and Pasha Holding CEO Celal Gasimov signed the agreement at the ceremony held in the presence of Minister Varank at TEKNOFEST, the world's largest aviation, space and technology festival. With the agreement, Trendyol and Pasha Holding will establish a company that will carry out joint e-commerce activities in Azerbaijan.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Minister Varank noted that Turkish brands want to carry the momentum they have achieved in Turkey in e-commerce abroad, and reminded that he attended the opening of Trendyol's Berlin office before. Stating that they will start to see Trendyol in Azerbaijan with the signed signatures, Minister Varank said, “Currently, Trendyol is one of the most used brands in Azerbaijan, but now it will continue on its way as the brand of Azerbaijan.” said.

Noting that the trade volume between the two countries will increase further in the coming period, Varank said, “There is great competition in the world. We need to miss this competition. Hopefully, we will introduce a brand of Turkey, the joint brand of Azerbaijan and Turkey, to the world from a different perspective, in cooperation with Azerbaijan," he said.
